Kief is a potent, powdery concentrate composed of resinous trichomes that break off from cannabis flowers during grinding or handling. It is rich in THC and terpenes, making it much stronger than standard cannabis buds. Often collected in the bottom chamber of a grinder, kief is used to enhance the potency of joints, bowls, or edibles.

Methods of Consumption: Sprinkling kief over bowls, inside joints, or on blunts to increase strength.

Vaporizing: Using a dry herb vaporizer specifically designed for concentrates.

Kief is sometimes referred to as dry sift, pollen, or cannabis crystals.
